Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can boost the stats of a piece of gear and at times even add additional features. The value of these upgrade is determined by the gear's tiers, their requirements and how many random augmentations are made available.
The racial Shield elite Razortail For instance, it is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorption capabilities in PvP, and/or to provide additional defenses to missile-based designs in the PvM. This makes it more exchangeable over the unupgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens permit you to reroll a purchased item, such as a weapon, armor or ring. This replaces the item with an identical item and comes with different benefits. Reroll tokens are an affordable way to upgrade gear. They don't keep the original equipment's condition, and any resources wasted will not be refunded.
The survivors can acquire reroll tokens via a variety of methods like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in chests and crates or buy them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change an attribute on a piece of equipment that could include increasing its damage or granting it a brand new stat.
Players can roll their equipment using three attributes: physical power, magic power, and health. Physical power increases the damage that melee and weapons and spell power upgrades mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with an extra health.
There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades the item to a higher quality. To produce them, you need a higher level token to reroll. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, rare upgrades require a special or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
As opposed to other tokens or markers that are placed on action spaces, the reroll marker remains in the space until the next success result is rerolled. This allows you to save upgrades.
Blueprints appear as envelopes at the start of each Preparation Stage, and are opened by grabbing them with Interact. Once they are open they will display a complete description and an icon for the corresponding Appliance or Ingredient. The restaurant's shop can trade blueprints for a brand new appliance or ingredient for a small amount.
This means that you can move blueprints between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a game. This affects the blueprints that the restaurant's shop offers for rerolls and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons, armor, and accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that boost the quality of an item by increasing its stats and abilities. These items can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a fee. These stones are also available to players who complete daily contracts.
To upgrade gear to upgrade gear, players must first locate the item then click the "level up button". This will display a menu showing the item's current level and what it will be when being leveled up and the required amount of Growth Stones to achieve this. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade a piece depends on its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires a single Growth Stone.
After deciding on the item to upgrade, the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay for the cost. Once the requirements are fulfilled, the player may select the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will raise the item's level by a certain percentage. The upgrade process can last from a few seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process is also risk-free and doesn't affect the durability of the item. The system is a great way for players who want to get an edge in battle but don't want strain their wallets. By clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer their experience and progress of an upgraded item onto an entirely new piece of equipment.
For new players, it can be difficult to acquire Growth Stones. There are a variety of ways to obtain the stones. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, collect them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or find them in reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. In addition players can also take apart the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is an optional feature that lets players boost the stats of their weapons armor, helms and trinkets. It is accomplished by combining an item with upgrade components at the Upgrade Station, paying a fee in Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade materials will be consumed and the item will be upgraded to an upgraded level. This process can continue until the item reaches its highest level.
Items that have upgraded base stats display a blue icon in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, cannot be added to more than one item at the same time. Each upgrade component requires the purchase of a certain amount of items and a minimum level of equipment.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place an item that they wish to upgrade. On the right side, a preview shows what the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. Once players have enough materials by pressing the yellow arrow, it will initiate the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each time it is upgraded the base stats of an item will increase by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.
When an item reaches its maximum level that it can no longer have the option to upgrade. In the same way, once an item reaches an upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades for the track will be offered at a discount.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be inserted into weapons, armors trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets to give an additional effect or bonus while the equipment is equipped. They can be purchased through vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by acquiring new ones. However, this will destroy the old upgrade.
Requirements
Upgrades to items enable players to increase the stats of certain armors and weapons they already have. The requirements to upgrade an item differ based on the item type but generally, you'll need Dilithium and a variety of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).
The upgrade item s can be used to make sets and weapons for added effects or a higher item level. These upgrades can be obtained from a variety of sources, including crafting, buying at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component is added to an object it is not able to be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely.
The upgrade of an item can boost its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can increase the stats of the item.
For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" improves base defense, and adds an extra 20% chance to block. The dps "Wildfire", on the other hand increases damage from weapons.
Upgrades can be beneficial for certain items, but not because they boost stats. They are more valuable to players when they achieve a perfect roll. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x the non-upp'd version.
If you choose an upgrade component that you want to put into an item, the game will display an open window that displays the requirements required for that item. The game will show the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
The game will put an item in your inventory once you've met the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then change to show you how far to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
